Books: See my GoodReads. I love reading. Especially: Jane Austen, the Bronte sisters, Virginia Woolf, Sylvia Plath, "The Time Traveler's Wife", "Atonement", the Harry Potter series, etc. I'm all over the place with my taste, but overall I prefer mostly books that fall under "literature"
Movies: I watch SO MANY movies. Movies are my #1 fandom and obsession. If I could make a career out of my love for film, I would in a heartbeat. I'm seen over 200 movies so far this year, and I post reviews pretty often in my journal. I could talk movies for forever.

Tell us about an awful book you read: I'm sorry, I couldn't even bring myself to finish Twilight. It's soooo poorly written. I'm sure I've now offended everyone.
Did you finish it?: No way. I make a point to put down bad books after giving them enough of a shot.
Something random about you: I taught myself HTML back when I was in 6th grade and have been making websites for fun ever since then. I also love graphic design.
A song/album/artist everyone should have on their mp3 player: She & Him! Zooey Deschanel's album with M. Ward. It's pure bliss. One of the best albums I've heard in years.

What do you look for in a livejournal friend?: Someone who is compatible, curious, and helps to keep me informed
What do you usually write about?: (Fandom, Personal, etc) I guess it's mostly personal, since it's my only existing diary. But, fandom, pop culture, current events, movies, music, tv are so much a part of my day-to-day life that that constantly pops up. I also post movie reviews, book reviews, music reqs, picspams, articles I like, etc.
How often do you usually post?: Semi-daily, sometimes more sometimes less depending on how busy I am

We must be friends. I thought I was the only person whose seen more than 200 movies so far this year. And I could definitely use an avid reader on my friends' list because I'm totally neglecting my reading. I attempted to do the 50 books in 2008 challenge but totally got distracted with movies in June after reading only 10. I know ... awful. We have tons of other common interests. Here's my questionairre. I think the one glaring difference between our interests is that I am absolutely clueless when it comes to HTML!
