Author's Notes: Thanks to greycoupon and frolicndetour for their beta work! Warning, this AU changes the very nature of the Cylons, eliminating the Final Five as we know it (in favor of the originally-promised "evolution" from the centurions as explanation for their existence). Boomer exists, but the Eights as a line do not. These, and other changes, will be explained in the fic, but it's not exposition heavy so I thought I'd make that clear up front.
