Work in progress. Please feel free to Ignore

Just watched the last Sherlock episode, leaving us with a hell of a riddle. I'm just putting my thoughts into words here, but I've been thoroughly Moffucked, and I need to process.

First (working backwards) if Sherlock is alive, I'm not convinced that Moriarty isn't. If he can fake a fall, surely Moriarty can fake a gunshot. Plus, no note of "Richard Brook dead" in the paper or any little nods to it at all.

Second, there's something significant (to the further plot or the mystery at hand) to "You are me" line preceding Moriarty's so-called demise.

Third, and this is the part I'm most convinced about, Molly helped Sherlock get away with it. She offered him drugs, and he said he needed "her", so I imagine there are science hijinks afoot. Also of particular importance, even though Moriarty was involved with Molly at one point, he doesn't mention her as one of Sherlock's friends that he's ready to have killed. 3 bullets, 3 gunmen, 3 friends. But Lestrad, more of a friend than Molly? Not entirely sure I buy that.

I really feel like all of the clues necessary to figure out how he did it are contained within this episode (possibly this whole series, it wouldn't surprise me). Nods to existing crimes, "throwaway" lines. Untranslated binary! You're not on the side of the angels, Moffat I can tell that much.
