Where have all the notifications gone?

Ell Jay is apparently still not sending all of my email notifications. Is anyone else still having this problem?
If I've neglected to reply to a comment of yours (here or elsewhere) it doesn't (necessarily) mean I'm ignoring you. Please let me know here if you can't wait any longer to hear my long-winded and likely irrelevant reply to whatever you posted.
