retreeeat <3
woahhhh, the retreat today was amazing ive honestly, like, never been so i guess touched by a few people. The expirence was almost life changing for me personally. i thought it was awesome how many of the upperclassmen i could realate too. some of them had the same stories i had to share. some of us connected like in the blink of an eye. we had time to meet up with complete strangers and just talk about anything. of course we were given guide line questions but we always ended up talking about something completely off topic =]. Small groups were SO much fun. Clelia, Bobby, Rita, Samantha, Katie, Jesus, and Me. Oh man we had THE best time! lol So yeah, we listened to the stories of upperclassmen and what to expect and things like that. i really had a great time. we had alone time to like self reflect and read the verses of the bible and write down what we thought of it. it was a good time. and at the very end of the day, they blindfolded us, lol, and they turned on music for us to listen too, and then we walked together, holding hands, out to the courtyard, STILL BLINDFOLDED! lol and they like poured water on our hands. and gave us rosary beads. and then like one by one we walked up to the altar and were like givin a diploma and a bag thing lol it was pretty cool though. all in all it was a great expirence and i would SO do it again <3. PLEASE listen to them. theyre amazing songs.
