here's one prompt-
Where do you see yourself in 20-30 years? What does 40 look like? Whether anyone dared to say it or not, turning 40 used to mark the beginning of the end. It was the age when you began noticing gray hairs, fine wrinkles, and memory lapses an dstarted letting go of your dreams. To counter such inevitable imperfection, what will you do to be looking and feeling your best at this age.
