I just completed day 4 of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I'm sweaty and gross but feeling pretty good about myself. I've been pretty lethargic my whole life and decided it was time I changed that. Better late than never, right?
You're probably supposed to do it for 30 days in a row. I'm not that tough. But I've only taken two rest days. The first one because I could hardly move (this shit is HARD for me) and the second because yesterday I had a 16 hour work day with only 3 hours of sleep. I'm still pretty proud of myself. I'm trying to stick with it for the whole 30 days. In addition to being lethargic and lazy I tend to be a quitter too... hah. let's hope I'm changing a bunch of habits with this.
