Got two unconditional offers!
As those who follow me on Twitter will already know I got two unconditional offers to study physics (+ foundation yr) at Hertfordshire and Queen Mary. This was a shock as a mix up meant my application went through late also I had a LOT of retakes on my record. There was also the fact I don't actually have the grades for Queen Mary. I was actually prepared to not get into the unis I wanted again this year so to find out no matter what grades I get I already have two offers is really, really exciting!
I found getting into uni frustrating because my passions are quantum physics and relativity (also statistics) but the only unis that offer these subjects are AAB unis and I currently have a CCD (hopefully that will be BCC in Aug) so there was no way I'd get into them. I also wasn't willing to compromise because the only choices I had left was to study a phys course I had no interest in or go all the way up to Birm. Luckily my Mom found two foundation courses at uni's I liked so \o/
