This footage is taken from an Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) called World of Warcraft. The max level for a character at this point in the game development is 60. They are in a place which only 58 and above can pretty much go. Hilarity ensues when an AFK player comes back to the computer and charges into the room..
And yes, this is staged. There's no way in hell you can be that stupid and have one of the highest level characters in the game. P4L did this as a joke and, I think, carried it out well. Enjoy.
