Can food have an identity crisis?

I was in T&T today and for whatever reason I was looking at the fish sauce. I made the mistake of looking at the ingredients and the nutritional information. The ingredients were simple: water, anchovies, salt. How much salt? Well, enough that the one with the *least* salt had over 40% of the daily recommended intake... per tablespoon. (I think the worst was just under 60%.) It frightened me enough that I didn't get any.
The other strange thing I noticed was the brands (quotes were actually in the title):
"Shrimp" brand fish sauce.
"Crab" brand fish sauce.
"Squid" brand fish sauce.
Where the heck is the "Fish" brand fish sauce?

"Oh, right! *I'm* drunk, while *you're* walking around sober with a muppet on your hand!"
