What the hell?
Today is sucking the big fucking ass, can ANYONE do their job right? Not saying that I am infallible, just the opposite I make mistakes on a consistent basis. But please please please at least do your job to an acceptable level.
We have someone that runs a department that left for vacation today. Does anyone know when he left, or when he is going to be back? Nope, not even our HR director could tell us. What the fuck? You have people that count on you for guidance and coaching, yet couldn't find you if they tried. Just found out that his phone number isn't even in our system, does this guy even work for us? I can't even call him to find out when he is supposed to be back, sheesh.
Then there is that shaft I found in inventory today, at least 6 pairs of eyes had to have looked at it to make it to inventory. That shaft wasn't cut correctly, which is about 43 steps before it makes it to the inventory room. This board should have been caught at the raw material level, not finished product level and on a fluke that I was looking for that particular type of shaft and came across it. Of course I need to talk to the missing guy to file an NDR, which is when I found out he is missing and no one knows when he will be back.
