Fortunately for my neighbours I didn't indulge in a little naked roll around in the May Dew, either, I'm guessing mine are a bit closer in proximity than your neighbours would be ;)

Your mention of buttercups reminds me that I haven't seen hardly any round here yet. Very odd. But your pictures are lovely! (I envy your hearth, it's gorgeous!)

Thank you back :) I'm not sure if it dates (the brick, that is) to the original house, which was built in the 1700's sometime... I like to think of all the meals and warm fires that were tended there before me. It's quite a good hearth to have!
