(no subject)
This weekend is turning out to be really busy! But, like, good!busy, so it's all good.
Anyway! Yesterday began with a series of unfortunate events, but flipped itself over and became pretty cool. It started Friday night when I went home for the night. Since my sister wanted to go into work on Saturday to finish some stuff (& her work is by my school), she said she'd drive me back that morning. So, Saturday morning, Lara & I made the trip back up to school.
But! Turns out that I had forgotten my backpack (& thus my keys & ID) at home. Totally didn't even realize it until we turned into the circle drive. Had a slight freak-out, but I remembered that Luke & Mikey were in their dorm, so I called Luke (& woke him up, sorry!!) & he let me in so I could chill there until my parents brought my stuff up.
& silly me was playing with Luke's chair - it ended up slipping, & I don't even know how I can describe this but it fell & it got me stuck between the desk & the chair. Besides a bruise or two, I'm fine, but it definitely scared me for a bit there!
Anyway, besides me falling on a patch of ice later on, the rest of day went well. (See, it flipped!) Went out with Luke, Vicky, & Mikey to Steak'n'Shake (where we scared Luke just a little bit with the slutiness), then to the Penguinadactyl Party (Apples to Apples kept giving me the blank card! I didn't know what to do!), & then back to Mikey's room where him, Vicky, & I watched Shoot 'Em Up.
& now... I'm at work! I skipped out on doing homework yesterday, so I made a list today to make sure I don't forget anything. Hopefully, I remembered to put everything on my list... Also, tonight's the Winter Party for International Club & Japan Club!
