The study abroad fair has made me so excited to study abroad. X3 I got to talk to two girls from Korea who were, like, insanely amused that I'm in Tae Kwon Do. XD Ohman. I was trying to ask if they had any martial art courses I could take, but she didn't understand me at first. After a little miscommunication, I gave up on 'martial arts' & straight out said TKD. They OMGYAY'd me for a bit, but I finally did find out that the TKD club does do some demos & stuff like that.
Ohmanohmanohman. How AMASING would it be to study Tae Kwon Do in Korea?? I wonder if they would take my certification... I wonder if I can find out before I go - if they do take it, I woul obviously need to actually apply for my 2nd degree. (I've been tested for it & everything but never actually filled out the paperwork/paid the money to be certified.)
Although now that I think about it, I lost of small certification card for my first degree during the move. ;x
AHH. I need to talk to Master Hwang!
Anyway. If I get my way, I'd go next Fall to Korea & then my senior year to Japan - probably Kanda. Turns out Michiko & I are both sophomores, so we'd be seniors at Kanda together!
I talked to my dad before work, & he' not really too keen on the idea of me going to Seoul next year - he's obviously worried about the political situation.
...I reaaalllllyyy want a shower. Urgh. I feel so gross. & I still need to go to Walgreen's after work.
OKAY! Things to do today: Finish working @ 5, walk to Walgreen's, maybe stop at Jamba if I don't spend too much at Walgreen's, run my jeans through the dryer, study for Japanese exam tomorrow. I also have plenty of Japanese homework to do, but I'm not too worried about finishing it all tonight.
