I am gathering all kinds of travel information. When we went to Poland in 1998(?) it was very simple. I remember we had some weird conversations at bus and train stations but we managed to get there and back. Now I have many things booked beforehand and (again) knowledge makes me nervous. I know excactly which busses I have to take and when to be in time everywhere. Too much planned but then I have so few free days counting out the campdays so I just have to plan cause I have to be here back at work again.
Then I have read this material made by some polish SCI volunteers and the train and bus explanations seem so han-ka-la! And I do speak a little bit of polish, but again my good pronunciation often gets me in trouble cause also in Mexico people expected that I already knew how things work because I spoke the language. They also thought I know all the local habits and politenesses and stuff.
And packing...o-ou.
