Summary of Day 2 + tidbits of Day 3: We went sightseeing with City Tour, went to National Museum of Singapore, and pampered my taste buds in Little India. While writing this in offline mode in Singapore, I had rezied 53827 30+ pictures so I’m not going to say much and let the pictures do the talking. PS: NATIONAL MUSEUM OF SINGAPORE IS BEAUTIFUL I wish I had the whole day wandering around there ♥

City Tour was boring. But for Mom who didn’t bother to explore by herself, the tour was fascinating.
My favorite was definitely National Museum of Singapore. Finally went there with Mom because I couldn’t just leave her in the hotel room sob. It was awesome I don’t have to say anything else but Singapore History Gallery scared the fuck out of me.

"Here they forget."
Audio companion 1: [insert tl;dr shit about opium dens in Singapore]
Audio companion 2: “What’s behind this curtain?”
Audio companion 1: “Why don’t you take a look by yourself?”
Me: *takes a look behind the curtain*
Audio companion 2: “My God! They keep the corpses [of opium addicts] here!”
Me: *is alone* *no other visitor to be seen*
Me: “FDSJKFHKJASFA.”

I got separated from Mom so I went around the dim-lighted gallery to find her, passing posters of WWII, a cannon, a coffin, the opium den, and 32982145 cold portraits of Singaporeans in 1900’s staring into my soul FFFFUUU.

Union Jack is my bias.

Singapore Living Galleries were much brighter and more colorful. Food and Fashion galleries were probably my favorites. There were samples of cloth in Fashion gallery so I got to know the differences between nylon and polyester, silk this and silk that, cotton, and lace. And in the spice gallery in Food gallery I could actually smell some of the spices.

Excuse my mom lololol.

Yo, digicam, meet your ancestor.
Sister took us to Kashmir restaurant in Little India for dinner. [foodcritic]After two days eating Indian food and other food in caliber with all the spice and stuff, I might say that kind of food is like a bitch whom you sleep with for the whole night and is actually really great in bed, but leaves you with hangover and penniless in the morning. But it all depends on your taste preference.[/foodcritic]

I read books mentioning naan but that was the first time I actually tasted one omnomnom &hearts

This legendary seeds taste fresh if you chew them after meal for the first time, but I don't recommend on keeping chewing them.
Dinner was quick. Farewell was simple. Day 2 ended. Not much to tell about Day 3, though.

I bought some chocolate - Belgian, Danish, and licorice flavored LOL BIAS - and a book by Mitch Albom Tuesdays with Morrie before departing.
So the short trip ended. Back to normal life. I still have one week holiday, though - but I need to keep coming to school so waking up late at 10 AM is out of agenda. Now I'm already home I have a decent internet connection, let me keep up with your journal updates, folks ・3・
