I had a question about Phanpy. I saw him on Ebay but I wanted to know if the marks could be washed off? It looks like it's marker so I'm not sure and wanted to ask you. >.>

It does appear to be marker. I'm really not sure if it can be washed off since I've never tried washing any of my plush =/
I wish I could give you a more definate answer.

Hmmm how much would shipping be to 02840 US? I need to double check that I have enough but I might have to haggle a little. ^^;
