All About Bones
By Caitlin
Bones do much more than protect your body. They help you from getting hurt. If you break a bone you go to a doctor and get a cast. You keep the cast on for several weeks. If you break an ankle bone you get a big cast and the doctor gives you crutches. If you break your ribs you have a very, very big cast and you can barely move. You have 206 bones inside of you. When you are a baby you have 350 bones. If you didn't have any bones you would be all over the place!
