so, awesome
the other day i had a weird red mark in my eye "oh," says i " i must have scratched it" the next day its all red "ok something is in it, or maybe i have pink eye" then i go to the doctor. no pink eye "probably a scratch but go to the eye doctor." the next day, excruciating to be in bright light. very red and puffy and painful. seems to be spreading to the other eye. have to wear sunglasses inside. everythign is cludy and blurry even with my glasses on. no discharge, very red, very painful, very puffy.
eye doctor- "iritis"
what is iritis? deep eye tissue inflammation. ouch. i cant see well.and they hurt. a lot. also, the fun part, he says it is usually a sign of a serious underlying condition- usually an inflammatory disease. but not likely anything contagious at least.
i go in for blood work monday. let's hope its not something that'll kill me.
