Time Travel

I was just musing about time travel, and a thought popped into my head. There is no reason, from a Christian stand point, to further research time travel. We can't do anything better than God. To think that I could change something, or a lot of somethings, that would make my life better here and now is preposterous.

The image of power we hold today is money, but time travel IS absolute power if ever there was such a thing. (if it were possible of course) Absolute power does not corrupt at all, let alone absolutely. It merely calls to the corrupt, drawing them in as bait to a snare. So if nothing can be done to "correct" what God has done without completely ruining it, exceeding the bounds of time I leave to other more fool-hearty persons.

My Dad just said to me "God has us traveling through time, just not as fast as some people may like." I thought that quote profound.

So the only possibility I can see for a Christian time traveler is sight seeing.
