Wow the Top Ten Cities in the world according to Travel and Leisure
Magazine brought out some unusual but highly deservine candidates.
Among the top ten were Sydney (1), Bangkok (2), Chiang Mai (5) and
Instanbul (7). I must say that Chiang Mai thoroughly deserves its place
and Bangkok is also deserving. Not surprisingly but sadly New York made
the list along with Charlston being a contender in the US and Canada
category. That left New Orleans (a great city) in 10th among the North
