Jones "lost by default" in a series of lawsuits brought by two sets of Sandy Hook families in Texas and Connecticut. Why aren't they suing the government instead? Who paid them to proceed with this? Jones owes them nothing. Gunslinging America owes our collapsed society a debt.
Sad as this massacre may be. What can he be guilty of? He didn't pull the trigger. He didn't organize the attack. He doesn't know the gunmen.
He simply reported on it.
Guilty of what? Speaking truth to fiction. Even so, how much of any proceeds will go to the actual families in distress after the system money launders it?
