The Way Forward (poem)

A man loses his job and teaching career
Because of his conventional p.o.v.
Let go from the social democratic
Bureau of indoctrination, for not wanting
To change a child into a cat.
Not going along with the plan
To get God shot. So he goes through
A dark night of the soul,
And comes out at the end
Working through a life-changing
Transition. Discredited from his career
Of teaching, he has time to analyze
The big picture, globalism, to find
How everything is stacked against us
How humanity is on a collision course
A train wreck that will bring about
Great upheaval and change

So in his search, he finds
God is the answer
When your fellow men fail you
And negativity won’t pull you through,
What do we do? The answer lies
Here in our hearts. It is love
Are we steady enough within
To stand up to the adversity
Of looming catastrophes?
And do we still have the power
Stamina and resilience
To reshape our world? ~psp
