The Enormous Power of Negation

Fundamentally, “we know” by discerning difference through negation
Or differentiation, something is known insofar as we recognize it to be “this”,
And certain not to be “that”, because it is “different” from all other.
In consummated relation to “non-otherness”, the Hegel form of sarcasm,
Which is a split tongue of the devil, thereby dividing something from itself.
For all knowledge and determination are based precisely on “negotiation”.
As negotiation raised to a higher power is negotiation reconciled with negation.
Whereby the knowable and unknowable both find reconciliation. Not the self,
But the self reconciled with both the known and the unknown through
The negation of negation, as a positive precept. Does not exist.
A negation raised to a higher power leads to a new sphere of being
Negotiation, neither-nor, either-or, both one and the other. The
Commandment of tolerance and spiritual breadth. Although we are separate.
We are determination of definiteness, despite all differentiation.
The both, one and the other, are better together, than we are separate.
Through the unity of unity and diversity, and all differences between
The unknowable whole or One is reached. What that is for us
Is unknowable and remains hidden while also being incorporated into
The wholeness of being - non-being that is thus knowable
Partly unknowable One, none other than that non aluid,
The unspeakable unkownable unknown. For there needs to be a purpose
The power to say, “No”, is the embodiment of the unknowable.
For there needs to be a purpose in our being otherwise.

But wait, there’s more! By negating negation to know the unknowable,
we pretty much have embraced death. Or fear of extinction,
for we no longer are our knowing selves. We are either dead
Or caught in a lie, whichever it is, leaving the only exit to be
To negotiate the negation, somehow navigate the negative,
To rely upon lies to somehow imagine or resurrect the positive.
To regain paradise, this idyllic promise of our creation, of life
And living, as it were, to overcome the fear of death, whereby
The only thing that stands in our way to give us life is life.
Not death, not negative, but life in the positive. We have been
Thinking and/or acting in the wrong direction all these years.
Lifetimes of the same self-defeating attitude and behaviors.
Paradise is thus lost, because we have rejected it. It belies
Remorse for all we’ve strayed away from and/or chosen to negate.
We live within the fear of death, loss, separation, negation,
Non-existence, negative spirit. We become death incarnate. Therefore,
What we need is to move towards life, not death, to embrace
The opposite of death and that is not negative, is it?

Now, I may have gotten myself out on a limb, but what we see is nothing,
Nothing more, and nothing less. And for that matter it may already be known to us.
This is incorporated in our blood, On the path of unknowing, we somehow arrive
Without noticing the affirmation of unknowing. Stare not at the unknown,
To follow the unknown is death, and to follow the known is life.
Look off into the unknown, then suddenly, what we once thought we knew
Is replaced by the new. We renew on the path of the unknown,
That which we know, making the unknowable known.
Or so it appears… ~psp
