On 25 November 2019, the Supreme Court of India made statements on the pollution in Delhi saying "Delhi has become worse than narak, which is (hell)".
That faded white dot top right of the building is what once was the sun, and in effect becomes a symbol of a hope in hell.
Delhi Air Quality Index (AQI) is now Very unhealthy. Unhealthy @189 US AQI PM10. - PM2.5 concentration in Delhi is currently 20 times the WHO annual air quality guideline value.

Parts per million (ppm) - It's exponential ! Commonly used are parts-per-million (ppm, 10−6), parts-per-billion (ppb, 10−9), parts-per-trillion (ppt, 10−12) and parts-per-quadrillion (ppq, 10−15). Experts measure air quality (AIQ) using parts per million. Particulate Matter 2.5 (PM2.5), has two parts: One is annual and one is daily. AQI as a yardstick runs from 0 to 500. The higher the AQI value, the greater the level of air pollution and the greater the health concern. An AQI of 100, for example, carbon monoxide corresponds to a level of 9 parts per million (averaged over 8 hours), ie. sulfur dioxide.
In Delhi, poor quality air irreversibly damages the lungs of 2.2 million or 50 percent of all children.
