Can anyone out there identify the riff used in the intro of this song? What other rock band was it used by?

Especially the three note escalation used in the three bar progression? 🎸♫¸.•*¨♥✿♪

I can't quite pin it down and it's driving me wild.

Even the voice seems familiar, but the musicians are no one I've heard of before. The band is Icon.

I thought it might be good old Jimmy, but it's too fast and the note progression is different...
