I can't even look at things in such a negative way. If I did, I'd have killed myself a long time ago. Find something positive. There's way more of that,

i've been doing that all week i'm in a funk, and it's been hard to shake i know in all we must keep our head above the waves rather than drowning in our self-pity i think i need a holiday but wait! it feels like i just had one for the past 3 years..

When I start to get negative, I remember I was in prison once, and that really helps LOL. And if I start to feel sorry for myself, I tell myself, well, I could sit and wait for the world to end, or I could seize every moment of the day and make use of it.

i am happy to hear you are on the bright side of life. i have a cloud hanging over me, that i've been trying to shake for the past 3 years i don't do well in captivity, unless i'm meditating in my cave )) the problem with clouds is we can't really see wtf is there.. LOL
