I'm beginning to realize that the more people pile in to one location that everything price wise goes up. I wondered if Californian's were redistributing themselves within California. I have my answer. Thanks

in canada it seems we are redistributing ourselves here to temperate climate on the wet coast
prices have skyrocketed since i moved here in 1990
i'm sick of inflation and real estate money laundering
