So I took the opportunity to wash up the bikes and oil and adjust the gears, pumped up the tires and sweep out the shed to put them back into storage, until we can get locks and want to ride them once the weather clears. Got the stuff out of the backyard that GF dragged out of the shed. Some went into recycle.
GF got back and we sorted the bulk goods to divide with the other parties who also shared in the purchase. We put the bags in the freezer to prevent any intruders from getting into the mix.
GF said she was feeling oppressed by the cloud today. She also had to drive in the local traffic jams. I told her it's not her, it's them... she says as she always says, that's just of a reflection of what we are dealing within. I told her, as within, so without. Works both ways. The point is to become present to it and process your feelings so they don't get you down. She knows that. I think she just wanted a hug. So now she seems more settled when the sun comes out.
Suddenly, the sun came out !!
I put the third bike we don't use on the curb with a Free sign for anyone wanting a good bike.
