I listen to The Beatles (and their solo efforts) seldom now. Because I've heard it a lot when younger. Dut when I stumble into their songs now, I always listen to them avec plaisir.

did you hear the post beatles mix a fan made called 'the black album'? even after the group broke up, they still played on each others recordings, so even the solo material often sounds like the beatles!

have you heard of this old band appletree? they sounded like the beatles and john lennon called it one of his favourite albums. the musicians were jazz musicians such as Larry Coryell and Eric Gale. i'm doing a post on them later in the month
