Is it just me or is this world a very small world? Here are some weird things that have happened to me in the last couple of years since I delurked myself across the internet:
- I met somebody on the GWFF who lives down the road from the first new person I met in Sixth Form.
-

- Apparently, rozzietheaussie has distant family who live in the same town as me.
- One of my new friends at university not only has an LJ, she has the same favourite fanfic authors and LJ communities as me.
- I once met people waiting to stalk JRT who had read some of pigrescuer's fanfic (as you should remember).
- Having seen sistermagpie on a few of the same LJ communities as me (although we've never spoken to), I was surprised to see that one of her userpics is a photograph of a streetsign at the entrance of an alleyway that leads off the road I now live on at university.
- Another of my university friends (although I knew her from home, but never mind) doesn't use LJ much but has been following a fanfic I currently love.
I think I forgot one, but there are some coincidences for you. Small world.

And we're now both in the same course at uni and both in John Woods accommodation.
The weirdest one has to be finding someone on da, discovering we like almost exactly the same things. And then finding out we sat next to each other for 2 years of business studies which was as boring as hell, but could of been sooo much more interesting..had we known ¬¬
