Gettin' 'sited
Can't sleep. Too excited.
I'm leaving for Maui early Friday morn. Lena disclosed to me that this is the first real va-ca-tion that she's ever taken. Go figure. Last night we did some packing, but the list is hella long for stuff that needs to be done. I need to still get travellin' cheques, pay a hatful of bills, take care of work stuph, etc. Lena is going to ask Ro and Jaden if we can borrow their hard-case for staves and she needs to still finish the handles for our new poi. I'm having Puck watch the house while we're gone. We still have to clean house (I refuse to come back to a dirty house...it fucks up the whole 'good to be home' part), make Puck a key, and just generally make sure that the world won't come tumbling down once I leave for a few days.
