I ran a mile today. As well as I could. A walked a little. But 9 minutes and 17 seconds isn't too shabby! I haven't had a mile like that since 6th grade. lol I think its easier if you don't have to run 4 laps around a track because its monotonuous or a lap around the entire school to egypt and back like in junior high. But then again, it's all mentality! However, my ankle hurt like a mother when I was done. And it hurt last night at Awana. *eh* Whatever....
