well, there are meetings and things that aren't really required, but encouraged. There's a lot of stuff that's "encouraged"--luckily, the women who is supposed to be my director seems nice enough, not pushy beyond that normal salesperson level. I asked her about that, and she said that they no longer had a dress code, but that they requested it in memory of Mary Kay because she was a 'lady'. That kind of cracked me up.
