Freaking swine flu.
Yeah, that's right. My immune system fails epicly once again and I'm quarantined in my room for who knows how long it will take me to get over this freaking thing. It sucks. A lot. A lot a lot a lot. I've only been able to sleep for about ten minutes at a time because i can't stop coughing, and I'm not allowed to go back to class until I haven't had a fever in 24 hours without taking motrin. It's a really brutal illness, it comes out of nowhere and just attacks everything. And the freaking doctors shoved this GIANT QTIP ALL THE WAY UP MY NOSE! further reinforcing my dislike of doctors appointments. Literally all the way up my nose. It was awful. Freaking test. And it wasn't even conclusive, although they told me that they are like 99% sure that's what it is because I have every freaking one of the symptoms. Including the uncommon ones. Lovely. Aren't I so freaking lucky.

I hate being sick. It sucks. I hate being stuck in my room and that I can't go to class and that I can't do anything. This room is really not entertaining enough to keep me distracted from how miserable I feel. eugh.
On another me being bitchy and whiny note, I told one of my friends I had swine flu and you know what her reaction was? "Aww. Now I won't have anyone to sit with at the football game". That just kinda annoyed me. Seriously, can you be any more self centered?

The campus is really cute about it though. In the sickly kid you're not allowed anywhere near the dining hall packaged meals they include a little get well soon card. I just thought that was really sweet of them.
