Adventures...
So as you may know, I'm going home for fall break "reading days" a week from friday. What you may or may not know is that in genetics we're doing this wonderful lab involving breeding fruit flies. Well... We need to check on these fruit flies every two days and count the number of progeny. And both me and my lab partner are going home for reading days....
meaning that I need to call Delta Airlines and let them know that I am going to be traveling with some vials live fruit flies.
That's bound to be a very...interesting conversation.
Speaking of genetics, we're having a halloween costume contest for the best genetics themed halloween costumes... So much potential for nerdy amusement. If you have any suggestions though, I'd be glad to hear them :]
