Keeping up this here posting thing
Oh hi, LJ. What's up?
I've got papers to read, papers to write, same old same old. Pretty worn out. The to-do of the moment is filling out an application form which came with the following memo:
"The data is used to award restricted, named scholarships to students who meet the criteria for these scholarships. This does not reduce or change the total amount of your financial aid. The College's restricted, named scholarships simply substitute funding from your general Pomona Scholarship. It is an honor to receive funding from these scholarships..."
I don't know if it's even worth my trouble, but heck, if I get awarded one, I guess it's something I can put on my resume.
UPDATE: On second thought, scratch that. This is a waste of time.
