not so much leaving as taking a really long teabreak.

I made it! 13 weeks later work is over and I'm still alive!

It was actually kinda sad saying goodbye to people, because if I go back next year (and it's looking more and more likely) I know it'll probably be a completely different group of people, not just students but grads and managers as well, and that just feels weird. Had a nice chat with Rich and Graham, who said they wished I was staying on as a year placement student and Dan was going back to Uni instead which has to be like the best compliment I've ever recieved. Admittedly Dan did wreck several thousand poundsworth of equipment in his first week, so it isn't exactly hard to be preferred to him... Guy said a nice goodbye as well, and Jeff and everyone really, I am filled with love. This could be because I know I don't have to go back next week of course, which makes everything a little more rosy! Hope I'll bump into Sara and Eddy around Bristol over the year. I've insisted on going to visit Sara's rats so she can't get rid of me yet!

I'm having a deeply vague but never the less niggling little thought about buying a car. But you know, only if I get the sponsorship, and don't spend crazy amounts of money over the year, and find one I like. And decide it'd be economical to run. So really its only a very small thought and really doesn't count at all...
