You've got Ronon's voice down perfectly, which I don't think is something that is always easy. And Radek as well, of course. I loved the use of objects to further a scene, like the one with the oranges. It was very sweet, even if Radek had no idea he was being courted. A lovely story. Thank you for sharing it. :)

Wow--I think it's the ultimate compliment when someone tells me I've gotten the voices right. *bounces happily* In all honesty, I was a little afraid to try writing Ronon, but evidently, I got it right.

I'm glad you like the story, and thank you for taking the time to comment. :-)

What a lovely rec! *treasures it*

Zelenka is, and always has been, my favorite SGA character. Smart, funny, sly, he works the geekboy vibe like no one's business. I do like the smart boys. :-)

I'm glad you liked the story, and very pleased that you gave it such a great rec. Thank you so much!

Here via runpunkrun's del.ici.ous' bookmarks, and very glad I found it!

There's so much to love here, starting with Radek himself. I love how he sees himself, that he mourns someone, that he's unwilling to do anything about his attraction to Ronon. He's the secondary character who most interests me, and I love how you've created and presented a backstory for him, weaving in canon.

Your Ronon is beautiful too. He's just got such presence here as on the show. And you've really captured the thing I like most about him; the sly, almost mischievous, way he smiles with his eyes while projecting strength and power and force with the whole rest of his body.

Reading has been a wonderful treat this morning!
