Influencia - a new custom 'hood for your Sims

Howdy folks,

I've been going through some files, and came across two little previously unshared gems - new hoods I'm going to share today.

The first is Influencia - A divided community if ever there was one.








Here are the possible beach lot placements if you have the EP for them.




INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Neighborhoods are different than other custom content, that is, you CANNOT just
plunk them down into the "Downloads" folder. I repeat, NOT the Downloads folder.

Got it? Good.

Instead, you unpack the whole thing into the
EA GAMES -> The Sims 2 -> SC4 Terrains folder. That should include one sc4 file and five images. The terrain will show up as "Influencia" when you create a new custom neighborhood.

The screenshots folder and readme file you can do with as you please.

NOTE: This is a very large neighborhood. You cannot use the entire thing
without the assistance of some sort of camera mod. I use GunMod's Camera
Mod, which can be found at MTS2. It is also not recommended for slower machines.
