Hanging in there...
The end of the quarter is the college student's grindstone. But this year, I am trying to be...not necessarily nonchalent, but accepting. The papers will be written, the finals taken, and the juries performed. And then three blissful weeks of freedom. I can't let myself think about it (although my brain is already latching onto musical and writing goals) just yet. We can get through it, though.
In a way, I'm super thankful the SSHG_Exchange ended yesterday...no lovely forms of escape from the responsibilities that must be done. However, it is a bittersweet ending. I loved being part of such a creative and warm community, and loved reading/seeing every gift. Hopefully, the mods (I genuflect in their general direction) won't be quite as set on not having another exchange as they were at the end of the summer!
