So since i'm not ranting at the moment, i'll fill you all in. I'm contemplating seeking a new job working for the gov't or some larger company that has much better health benefits.

I honestly have very little loyalty to my company anymore--- based on the way i'm treated.

new job with family health insurance thats affordable >  getting pissed and going on welfare.

yeah i know.. i was just being angry.
