I am getting anxious as the time when i FINALLY make the leap and move to NC is quickly approaching. In approximately 18 months I plan on being in NC with my son and i hope to find a good neighborhood and perhaps purchase my first home.
I'm seriously contemplating staying NEAR Charlotte for jobs and just sanity issues. I'd like to know which counties have the better high schools? Are those counties INSANELY expensive? Also you are all home owners... any advice/guidance/ppl i should talk to? I'm hopin that i qualify for some gov't cash to help me with my home purchasing.
I'm just thinking that 18 months really ISNT that long away and i want to have everything i need available to me so i can set up a short term goal sheet and start he ball moving.
