Confessions...Shhhsshhh!
So I must confess my new and undying love of ....wait for it...tater tots...
yes thats right, I have recently rediscovered the tater tots. And since we started our competivite weight loss group, its been hard to feed said addiction, but I had to do it again today. They will be hot,golden brown, & topped with cheese as soon as they emerge from the oven in 18-22 mins!
For years, ok at least almost two decades I have banned the tater tot from my life. They were cheap and we ate them alot growing up, and so I just stopped eating them. Refused. Looking for cheap lunch alternatives, I bought a small bag, that next time became tback for the bigger bag, to the point now where I buy the largest bag they have. Oh oven cook them good cook them fast, but please god dont let me in haste bite into a still cold in the middle one. Gross!
