The video begins with Kio holding up a single finger a lollipop accompanying it as he points towards Soubi who is knealed over a painting that he is working. ]
Hey Sou-chan, your ears are pierced! When did you do that?!?
[Sticking the lollipop he smiles as the other turns around momentarily to face him, while Kio walks further into the room.]
You look good. ♥ I mean it’s a little gay~♥
You’re pretty funny this early in the morning, Kio…
I’m a morning person. You know that. You like butterflies, don’t you, Sou-chan. You’re always wearing them.
Butterflies? [Soubi looks down for a moment, pulling out his cigarette and knocking off the ash as he thinks for a moment.] I hate them.
[Confused Kio shifts the lollipop in his mouth, feeling a little awkward and he takes a seat against the wall near the painter, drawing a knee up to his chest as he watches him work.]
Oh I see. . . But even know you’re painting butterflies, why do you hate them? They’re beautiful.
[Working without hesitation, Soubi seems to concentrate more on his painting as he replies.] I hate them because they’re beautiful. No one wants a shriveled hairy caterpillar. But butterflies are so easily trapped.
Easy?
I hate the way they’re pinned, right through the body, preserved as specimens.
[Picking up on Soubi’s momentary bad mood Kio leans back a little.] That’s not the butterfly’s fault. You’re not making any sense Sou-chan, did something happen?
[Kio looks worried for a moment, though as a few moments pass and Soubi ignores the question and continues to paint silently it answers Kio’s question and he perks up a little.] Ah! Something Did happen!♥ Tell me!~
Wait a minute. Hey. Who, exactly pierced your ears for you? [After all Soubi had asked to borrow his piercing gun a day or two prior. The video ends with the question though before the response is given.]
