CupCakes Part Deux

As you can see, last nights cupcake adventure was quite successful. We made one dozen, gluten free carrot cake cupcakes with lemon cream cheese frosting, 1 dozen black bottom cupcakes with chocolate chip cream cheese frosting, and with a bit of the chocolate batter left we added coconut and pecans to the batter enough for another six cupcakes and then filled them with Caramel sauce once they cooled down. YUM!!!

Now for me three quarters of the fun is making them, so everyone left with close to a dozen cupcakes and a friend visiting Aaron made off with six and all she did was soak in the hot tub. That leaves three for me to savor through the weekend.
