so my new addition who has yet to be named,"the columbian red tail boa", that i got a call about 7 o'clock one night asking if i wanted to take it cause the guy who previously owend it had not fed it in over 2 months is doing good.
when i first saw her i didnt think she would last through the night especially after being in the cold while picking it up. she was all skin and bone but now has put on a bit of weight, ive fed her 3 adult mice in the past week and a half. but she is still very skinny for her lenght : ( but none the less is looking much better : )

so anyways ive decided if im not able to do things outdoors, id like to take in sick or unhealthy reptiles , or reptiles/amphibians people just dont have time for, bring them up to health and find new homes for them.

i figure ive had plenty of experience with snakes thanks to all the pythons, garter, fox, corn, water, green, and african house snakes ive kept, also now the couple boas i have lounging in my room. also with lizards and other amphibians.
so i guess its that much closer to what i would like to do with my life. and i would say im pretty happy with it.
