I quit my job last night. I'm gonna miss those guys. Seeing as how I'm more of a guy than most guys, I fit in really well at my office. In terms of a sexual harassment lawsuit, they'd've been doomed, but it wasn't like that at all. I was the only female and it was the most diverse workforce I'd ever been in. And it was awesome. After quitting, because 476 sucks, I treated myself to a few novels at Barnes and Noble and the woman next to me started counted how long I spent on each page and was compelled to ask what I doing. I explained. Speed reading in circles down the page. She got to talking about the concept testing she's doing for her new business. At first I thought she was hitting on me, then she offered me a job. She can't pay me, but it is something to tickle my brain that will certainly grow. Telehealth for snowbirds. Huge market share.

Anyway, my life is strange right now. But I'm happy. Whether than makes me crazy or merely stable remains to be seen.
