You know my feelings about this fic, so I will simply say that if you're going to quote "The Cheat is Not Dead," then at least have the decency to link to that song so I'm not humming it in a vacuum.

(There is a sorta pretentious record/cd/movie store about 1.5 miles from my joint where they sell Strong Bad DVDs, tee shirts, and more. Something to look forward to...or fur deine besondere Tag?)

I'm not a huge Strong Baddian, per se - brynderoy, who we used to live with, was obsessed and I love the CD so much. I made a House vid to "I Think I Have a Chance With This Guy" by Whats-Her-Face, and lizbee did a Torchwood one to "Dangeresque 2: This Time, It's Not Dangeresque One" and she's daring me to make one to "The Cheat is not Dead".

That was WAY not tl. That was exactly the right l.

1) THAT HOUSE VID! WHERE CAN A PERSON DL THAT? BECAUSE LOL x ELEVENTY!

2) That Torchwood video was so, so, so utterly fantastic.

("The Cheat is Not Dead" would be so brill for LOCI. Think of all the D'Abo you could fit in. And shots of ManBearGoren writhing in hammy agony in the nuthouse.)

1. I'm uploading it now. For some reason, THE ONLY COPY IN EXISTANCE is on Mobo, my mp3 player. y'know, just in case I get the overpowering urge to watch some crack vid I made, on the tram.

Oh, my. Sometimes I swear you're Jesus but with fandom drugs. That made sense in my head.

I like that you started at the end and especially the image of her sleeping, which was perfect. And that he thought he'd be able to shave with the door open and him in the other room.

I also love that she wins, later, in the bathroom, though that's really not the point.

CONCLUSION: YES YES YES, I won't sleep again.

I think they both think they've won, even if the clothes stay put and they're just, you know, drinking coffee and Lassiter's eyeing her hands.
