I'm so sorry everything had to come to a head like this. Just take this time to record in detail every attempt you make to talk to your son. That way, when you go to your contept of court hearing in August, you will be fully prepared with ammunition to fire at the judge on behalf of his betraying the divorce/ custody agreement. So sorry you haven't been able to see Warren at all. I miss him too, hon.

what makes me the most sad is that I know he will not be allowed to see his sister at all and this is something that he's been looking forward to since Christmas. I think it's terribly unfair and a cruel thing to do to a child. I can't tell you how often it just makes me cry. *sigh*

Pinching him, leaving a mark, and putting him in the roll of taking care of you is pretty damn cruel if you ask me.

I have so much more I could say, but being that I would hate for some of your friends to think I'm trolling or flaming I'll stop here.

Before I go, I want to give some public thanks for the folks who let me know this little drama was playing out over here. Always nice to have friends.

It's not Drama - it's me recording my feelings. If my sister wants to comment she can. It's called expressing one's opinions.

Child Protection has determined that no abuse happened nor is there a threat of abuse at all. They spoke with Warren and got the whole story. End of story. You are making more of it than there is and using that to deny me contact with Warren. You are exacerbating the issue by being condescending and making it seem like I am an ogre when the powers that be have written it off.

The policy here in my journal is that so long as no one's being nasty you can express yourself here - just like I can.
